8W2 took on the ice fishing challenge today with 2 groups successfully fishing their ice cubes out of the beaker using string 🎣
9W1 completed their chromatography required practical showing off their excellent scientific practical skills 🥼

Community Project underway 🎨
The boys have spent the afternoon getting used to the paint pens and graffiti writing to produce the most beautiful canvases!
In August we go outside with spray paint … then we are Banksy ready to paint the underpass for real!

It’s been a fantastic year for the Performing Arts department. Studio West introduced Drama to the curriculum and celebrated our first ever school production. We cannot praise our students enough for their excellent commitment and engagement throughout, and a huge thank you to staff and families for their unwavering support. BRING ON THE NEXT YEAR 🎭🎵🎶

We help our students to attain high standards in all areas of the curriculum and make outstanding progress in the core subjects of English, mathematics, science and computer science.
We want our students to develop confidence and enjoyment of learning and life at Studio West. We also want our students to feel supported and develop the skills to be able to learn independently.
We aim to create in our students the desire to be respectful of others, develop high aspirations, make an active contribution to their community and embrace values which galvanise their future lives as parents, carers, workers and citizens.
We hope to equip our students with the skills and abilities they need to thrive in today’s modern world.
