👩🍳 Year 7 Food Technology 👩🍳
7x1 had their first practical lesson in Food today. Students learnt how to be safe when preparing food using a Vegetable Knife. We learnt how to use the Bridge Hold and Claw Grip to slice and dice. Students gained their Knife Skills Licence.

Food Technology
On Thursday we were joined by Year 6 and Ms Richardson from West Denton Primary School in Food Technology.
Our Key Stage Three Food Leaders showed our visitors how to prepare vegetables using the Bridge Hold or Claw Grip and we made Tortilla Pizzas 🧑🍳
